Availability
The venue is available for rental year-round, outside of business hours.

Booking
Clients should book this venue 15 days to 12 months in advance depending on the type of event and season.

Catering
All food and drinks must be purchased through Big City Burgers & Greens or CateringDSM. A minimum order of $1,000 is required. 

Ceremonies
Ceremonies may take place on the outdoor patio.

Costs & Fees
The venue charges $750 for weddings, $350 for non-wedding events, and $0 for weekday events. A $1,000 food and beverage minimum is required for all events. 

 

Decor
Candles must be encased in a vessel taller than the flame, and fog machines, feather boas, gum balls, tape on the walls, confetti, and helium balloons are not permitted.

Discounts
There is no rental fee for weekday events, only a $1,000 food and beverage minimum. The venue also offers non-weddings events for $350.

Duration of Rental
Rental time is from 3pm to midnight on weekdays, and 8am to midnight on Saturdays & Sundays.

Insurance
Renters are not required to purchase event insurance.

Outdoor Events
Outdoor events may take place on the the venue's outdoor patio.

Security
Renters are not required to hire event security.

Setup & Cleanup
Renters have access to the venue on the day of the day of the event. All belongings must be removed the evening of the event.
