"DOMESTICA is a 1500 sf. retail shop with an open plan, industrial floors and plenty of natural light. Because we're also a print gallery, the walls are gallery white and we display a lot of vibrant artwork, providing a bright, colorful backdrop for any event while providing a sleek canvas for special themes or decor. Domestica offers one large, open 1400sf. space with a colorful atmosphere and large windows for great natural light.
Rental starts at $50/hour. Domestica prices each event individually and may also create a package that discounts the per-hour price for a certain number of hours.
Outside alcohol is permitted as long as it is served complimentary.
Domestica provides the following with the cost of rental:
- General seating & tables
- Event representative on-site during event
For an added cost, Domestica can offer a range of amenities such as coat check, greeter and gift transportation.
Rentals are available outside of store hours unless special arrangements are made.
Domestica has an open catering policy.
Small ceremonies may be held at Domestica.
The event space needs to be clear as soon as the event ends. We have retail hours nearly every day. Clean up can be an add-on service provided by the venue.

No tape is permitted on the walls, Domestica is adept at hanging and can make great decor suggestions.

Duration of Rental
Rental time varies depending on how many hours chosen. Rental time usually begins after the store is closed, but special arrangements can be made for events that require Domestica to close.
Renters are not required to purchase event insurance.
Domestica does not have the capability to host outdoor events.
Renters are not required to hire event security.
Setup & Clean-up
Since Domestica is a retail space, the owner will make arrangements with the event coordinator to allow for set up and tear down. Because the space is a retail store, the renter must clear the space as soon as the event ends. Renters may purchase clean-up as an add-on from the venue.
