All alcohol must be provided and served by a certified vendor.
The Fieldhouse provides the following with the cost of rental:

The venue is available for rental year-round.
To book the Fieldhouse, clients must submit a deposit of $475.00.
Pella Fieldhouse has an open catering policy. Renters can even bring in their own food items.
The venue is available for indoor and outdoor ceremonies.
Costs & Fees
Pella Fieldhouse offers all spaces for $1,900 for a two-day rental. For non-wedding events, the turf is also available for $150 per hour, and the loft is available for $50 per hour. An overtime fee of $150 per hour will be charged if events exceed agreed-upon rental time. Click here for detailed pricing information.
No open flames are allowed without a votive, lantern, hurricane, or other vessel that reaches over the top of the flame. The venue also does not permit stakes in the turf or hanging anything from the nets.
The venue currently does not offer discounts for rental.
Duration of Rental
Rental time is two days (one for setting up, and one for the event). Renters can begin setting up at 12pm on the first day, and all cleanup must be done by midnight on the second day. An overtime fee of $150 per hour applies for extra time.
Event insurance is provided by the venue.
The Fieldhouse has the capability to host outdoor events.
Renters are not required to hire event security.
Setup & Cleanup
Renters have access to the veue beginning at 12pm on the first rental day, and all items must be removed by midnight on the second day. The renter (or vendor) is responsible for removing all chairs, tables, trash and personal items. The event staff will take care of all deep-cleaning (sweeping and mopping).
