Outside champagne, beer and wine is permitted and must stay inside the building. Renters may choose their own bartender with approval from All Saints Center.
All Saints Center provides the following with the cost of rental:
- Bridal changing room
- Setup & cleanup
- Special lighting
- Tables & chairs
For an added cost, All Saints Center can offer amenities including:
- Sound tech needed for wedding ceremonies ($60/hr)
- Stage ($500)
All Saints Center is available for rental year-round.
Clients should book All Saints Center 6 months – 2 years in advance. There is a $500.00 deposit to hold the date and the balance is due 60 days before the event.
All Saints Center has an open catering policy, however no cooking, slow cookers or roasters are allowed. If food is brought in, renters are required to obey catering rules, including cleanup.
Ceremonies may take place in the Main Hall, Foundation Room, or in the Chapel.
Costs & Fees
All spaces at All Saints Center are rented individually. Prices range from $500 up to $4,600 depending on the spaces chosen. Overtime fees of $250 per hour apply if client exceeds contracted hours. Click here for more pricing details.
All decorations must be free standing. Glue guns, loose flower petals, glitter, confetti, rice, glitter, birdseed, fireworks (including sparklers), silly string, helium balloons, smoke machines, water pearls and other unique materials are strictly prohibited in All Saints Center or on the grounds.
All Saints Center does not offer reduced pricing or discounts.
Duration of Rental
Rental durations at All Saints Center depend on the type of event being hosted:
- Wedding ceremony: 2 hours for pre-event decorating and 1 hour for a wedding rehearsal prior to the event are included in the cost of rental. On the day of the ceremony, facility doors will open at 12:00pm. Additional time needed for setup is $75 per hour.
- Reception: 5 hours for the event + 4.5 hours to decorate and 1.5 hours to tear-down.
Rental time ends at 11pm. If renters desire to extend the contract time beyond 11:00pm or obtain early access to the space, they must request an approval from the Events Coordinator a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the event. Fees do apply.
Renters are strongly advised to purchase event insurance, but it is not required.
All Saints Center currently does not have the capability to host outdoor events.
Renters may be required to hire event security depending on the size of the event.
Setup & Cleanup
All Saints Center staff does all setup and cleanup. All decor and personal items must be removed from the building the next day.
Time allotted for renters to set up decorations and personal items varies depending on the type of event:
- Wedding ceremonies: 2 hours to decorate
- Receptions: 4.5 hours to decorate, 1.5 hours to tear-down
